SecuKit NX is a client-side security middleware developed by Korea Information Certificate Authority, Inc. (KICA). It enables digital signatures, encryption, and certificate management for websites and desktop applications that rely on Korea’s public key infrastructure (PKI), including banking, e-commerce, and e-government services.
The software installs a lightweight native component that bridges web pages and local cryptographic services via a browser extension or native messaging, allowing modern, cross-browser operation without legacy plug-ins. It lets users authenticate and sign with personal or corporate certificates stored on a PC, USB token, smart card, or other supported media.
Key capabilities:
Typical environments include Windows and macOS desktops using Chrome, Edge, and other modern browsers. Some protected sites may prompt installation or updates of SecuKit NX when needed. The application runs in the background and starts on demand; removing it may affect access to services that require certificate-based authentication in Korea.
SecuKit NX is developed by 한국정보인증(주) and is used by 21 users of Software Informer. The most popular version of this product among our users is 1.0. The names of program executable files are display_nx_help.exe, NX.exe and ugraf.exe.
